CESCO EPC strengthens its engineering and manufacturing capabilities with the creation of CESCO EPC Srl in Italy

Konstanz / Reggio Emilia

CESCO announces the creation of CESCO EPC Srl, a new company resulting from the integration of CESCO EPC Italia and TECHNOBINS, two established engineering companies active in the design and construction of grain handling, storage and processing infrastructure.

The new company strengthens the group’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities by combining CESCO’s international EPC project management expertise with TECHNOBINS’ specialized know-how in the design and manufacturing of process silos, storage systems and steel structures for the grain and milling industries.

“The integration represents the natural evolution of a collaboration that has developed over recent years,” says Luca Celeghini, founder of CESCO. “By bringing together engineering, manufacturing and project management capabilities within a single structure, we can further strengthen our ability to deliver complex industrial projects to customers worldwide.”

Founded in 1995, TECHNOBINS has built a strong reputation as a specialized engineering and manufacturing partner for process silos and storage systems serving the milling industry. The integration with CESCO EPC allows the new company to expand its capabilities and offer more comprehensive solutions, ranging from concept engineering to the delivery of fully integrated turnkey plants.

CESCO EPC Srl will act as the group’s industrial hub in Italy, operating in close cooperation with CESCO EPC GmbH in Germany, which continues to lead international EPC projects across global markets.

As part of this development, the group has recently invested in a new 5,000 m² engineering, manufacturing and procurement facility in Reggio Emilia, including a workshop equipped with automated sheet metal processing systems and advanced fabrication technologies. The new site strengthens the company’s production capacity and supports the growing demand for grain handling, storage and processing infrastructure in regions such as Africa, the Middle East, South America and Eastern Europe.

With this integration, CESCO EPC further consolidates its position as an engineering partner for complex grain handling, storage and processing infrastructure projects, combining European engineering expertise with strong industrial capabilities.
