Grain storage is national security

We are living through a time of uncertainty. Geopolitical issues and extreme weather are messing with supply chains everywhere.

During the panel discussion at SAUDI AGRICULTURE at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, Martino Celeghini made a strong point: Food security is no longer theoretical. It is a national imperative.

Grain storage plays a massive role here. It is not just about holding product anymore. It is about protecting national reserves and stabilizing prices when the market goes crazy. But the infrastructure has to be tough.

Martino highlighted how CESCO EPC designs for this instability.

☑️ Weather: In hot places, they use high-efficiency motors and cooling systems. In humid coastal areas, they use thick zinc coatings to stop rust.

☑️ Flexibility: Plants need to grow. They design modular systems so clients can expand without shutting down operations.

Countries like Saudi Arabia and Egypt are already doing this. They are building long-term resilience. The goal is to keep the food supply safe, no matter what happens outside.
