Simatech Port terminal
The Simatech Port Terminal features 20 concrete cylindrical silos and 16 star bin silos, with a 175,000-ton wheat storage capacity for grain logistics.
Grain intake is handled via two 12x5m truck intake pits with chain conveyors (2×600 t/h capacity) or two 600 t/h roller belt conveyors linked to the ship unloader. Both systems include magnet grid separators to remove metallic contaminants.
Grain is transferred through two 600 t/h lines using bucket elevators and chain conveyors, directing it to storage silos, truck loading, or recirculation. Reclaiming and recycling lines operate at 2×300 t/h, allowing grain transfer to bulk truck out-loading silos or back to storage.
Additional features include silo ventilation, temperature and level monitoring, sweep augers, catwalks, steel towers for conveyor bridges, compressed air system, and spot filters. The terminal supports simultaneous grain receiving, loading, and bulk load-out operations.
