Precision Engineering for the Feed Industry: A Turnkey Expansion for Valman in Italy

We are delighted to confirm our partnership with Valman for the expansion of their production site in Vicenza, Italy. This turnkey project exemplifies CESCO EPC’s ability to deliver specialized solutions for grain logistics and processing.

The scope of work focuses on modernizing the cereal homogenization and dosing plant. We are executing the design and installation of 16 new rectangular steel silos, which will provide a storage capacity increase of 1.100 tonnes. By utilizing rectangular silos, we are helping Valman achieve maximum storage density within its existing facility layout.

Key Features of the Installation:

☑️ Integrated Logistics: A network of chain conveyors \(37.5 t/h\) and dosing screw conveyors ensures a smooth, automated flow of materials.

☑️ Advanced Preservation: The inclusion of ventilation channels and real-time temperature monitoring systems guarantees that the stored cereals remain in peak condition.

☑️ Timeline: The project execution is set for 2026.
