One Structure, Two Capabilities: Why We Formed CESCO EPC Srl

On 31 March 2026, we announced the creation of CESCO EPC Srl, following the integration of CESCO EPC Italia and TECHNOBINS.

The logic is straightforward. CESCO’s international EPC project management expertise now sits inside the same structure as TECHNOBINS’ long-standing know-how in designing and manufacturing process silos, storage systems, and steel structures for the grain and milling industries.

The new company acts as CESCO’s engineering and production hub in Italy, operating in close cooperation with CESCO EPC GmbH on international projects.

As part of this step, the group also invested in a new 5.000 m² engineering, manufacturing and procurement facility in Reggio Emilia, strengthening our capacity to support projects across global markets from a single operational base.

The integration builds on work already underway. In January, TECHNOBINS was selected to execute a storage project for COPAG in Brescia, smooth-wall and spiral silo technology engineered to the highest European standards for one of Italy’s key agricultural players.

That project is a working example of exactly what the integration now formalizes: CESCO’s international engineering capability combined with TECHNOBINS’ specialized local know-how, delivered as one.

For clients, the practical effect is fewer interfaces. A project moving from conceptual engineering through manufacturing and commissioning now runs through one accountable structure, not a handoff between partner companies.

This is a consolidation of capability clients were already relying on, now formalized into a single point of responsibility, and backed by a larger manufacturing footprint to deliver it.
