Unlike conventional round silos, square silos fully utilize the available building footprint. This allows operators to increase total storage capacity by up to 25 percent within the same structural area.

For rice storage, internal surface quality is essential. Corrugated walls can trap dust and residues, creating potential contamination points and disturbing product flow. Our smooth wall design minimizes residue accumulation and ensures reliable discharge while protecting fragile rice kernels from mechanical stress.

The square silos are structurally integrated into the terminal building. The silo walls can carry roof loads and support process equipment, eliminating redundant steel frameworks and enabling a compact and efficient plant layout.

Each installation is engineered using advanced 3D structural analysis and finite element calculations to verify load distribution, friction pressures, and site specific conditions such as seismic loads. The structures are manufactured from high yield galvanized steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance in demanding operating environments.
