Turnkey Rice Processing Infrastructure in Haryana, India. Structural Engineering and Equipment Commissioning
In 2020 we finalised the execution of a turnkey rice handling and processing plant for EBRO INDIA Pvt Ltd in Haryana. The physical framework involves an integrated plant building utilizing specialized process equipment developed for high-volume bulk rice logistics.
Our engineering department executed the basic and detail design, establishing the general layout and flow-chart logic for continuous material routing. We generated the architectural documentation to enable the civil works calculation and field realization. This phase included complete static calculations for the structural steel frames, support columns, and foundation load distribution.
The storage infrastructure integrates smooth square silos engineered to store agricultural output without mechanical degradation. We implemented precision buffer bins to regulate synchronized batch transfers across the handling lines. The square configuration maximizes storage density within the primary building footprint, while precise internal wall geometries prevent material bridging and equalize lateral wall pressures.
Bulk transport relies on a network of continuous flow conveyors linked by rigid structural conveyor bridges. Access walkways, maintenance platforms, and industrial ladder arrays are integrated directly into the steel framing. These additions enforce safety codes for high-elevation maintenance while adding structural rigidity to the machinery towers, counteracting vibration during maximum load operations.
Our procurement operations coordinated the delivery of imported structural steel, modular conveyor sections, and silo components directly to the site. We assumed technical supervision of the installation phase, enforcing strict alignment tolerances on conveyor rails and load-bearing joints prior to final assembly.
Upon mechanical completion, we managed the commissioning protocols, verifying sequence interlocks, safety relays, and dynamic load thresholds. The automation parameters synchronized the buffer bins, conveyors, and smooth square silos, ensuring absolute flow control before complete operational handover.
