From Design to Operation: CESCO EPC at The Milling Summit 2026 in Johannesburg

We are pleased to announce that our colleague Mr. Bassam El-Naqa will be speaking at The Milling Summit 2026 organized by Mill Management Africa, taking place on 26–27 March in Johannesburg, South Africa.

During the Educational Forum, he will present on:
“Silo Design and Construction for Industrial Storage Plants”

The presentation will address the full value chain from plant design to silo design and operation, highlighting key engineering and operational criteria for efficient and safe grain storage.

Key topics include:
•⁠ ⁠Integrated design approach between process structures and silos to optimize layout, reduce costs and improve structural performance
•⁠ ⁠Selection criteria for raw material and process silos, including capacity, material flow and construction typology
•⁠ ⁠Operational best practices such as FIFO management, cleaning procedures, pest control and monitoring systems to ensure safe storage conditions

The session will also showcase international project references, demonstrating practical applications of integrated silo and plant design.
