Structural design is completed in-house using 3D FE software and validated against Eurocode specifications before a single component is manufactured. Procurement is managed centrally from Konstanz, drawing on a network of European suppliers built over decades. On-site erection is coordinated by teams with direct experience across 15+ countries: from port terminals in West Africa to inland grain facilities in Central Asia.
The EPC model: Engineering, Procurement, Construction. Works because single-point responsibility runs through every stage. There is no handoff gap between the team that designs the facility and the team that builds it. The structural engineer who modelled the load cases is the same engineer answering questions on-site when conditions change.
